Beware Margarine

An artificial fatty acid frequently used in some margarines and fats may cause thousands of deaths each year, causing different diseases associated with heart disease.
According to the investigations of Public Health Harvard University, these substances should be removed permanently but in stages. They argued that “the transaction acids increase the concentration of low density lipoproteins, thereby increasing the risk of heart disease.
This substance reduces the amount of high density lipoprotein, known as “good” cholesterol, which are very protective of heart disease.
The experts do not forecast covers only the 30,000 annual deaths but also to an increased risk of nonfatal coronary heart disease. Despite its impact, and urgency of a solution, the report of the doctors agree that the removal should be done in stages due to the strict limitations of partially hydrogenated fats in the diet.
